Raymond Byus Obituary

Raymond D. Byus, 78, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Legacy Health Care Chillicothe following an extended illness. Hew as born February 5, 1945 in Lebanon, Ohio, the son of Pearl and Myrtle (Hughes) Byus.

Surviving is a sister, Gloria McGlone, Cincinnati; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Nellie and a brother, James.

Raymond was veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during the Vietnam War.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 6, 2023 in Union Cemetery, Symmes Township, Ohio. Calling hours will not be observed. The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
