Obituary
NolaKay Vest, 77 of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Thursday, September 7, 2023 in OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital following an extended illness. She was born July 24, 1946 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Orland Joseph Hoffman and Margaret Marcella (Mullen) Hoffman. On March 22, 1968 she married Roger D. Vest who survives.
Also surviving are sons, Rodney N. Vest, Dale (Krista) Vest and Randall J. Vest, all of Chillicothe; a granddaughter, Kylie A. Vest; a brother, Gary J. (Karen) Hoffman, Chillicothe and her special canine companion, Cane. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, James and Gene Hoffman.
NolaKay was a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
Private services and burial in Greenlawn Cemetery will be held at the discretion of the family. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions in NolaKay’s memory may be made to the Ross County Humane Society.
The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
