William R. Loblein

William R. Loblein, "The Pennyroyal Kid", 61, of Clarksburg, left this earth for the big range in the sky on Friday, April 29, 2011. He was born September 15, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Robert W. and Eleanor (Himes) Loblein who preceded him in death. He is survived by his spouse, Crystal C. (Stephenson) Loblein. William worked many years at Westmoreland Place Nursing Facility. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Viet Nam era and was an active member of the Single Action Shooting Society. Formal services will not be held. His family and friends my pay their respects at the home. A celebration of his life will be held at the Clinton County Sportsmen's and Farmers Association in Wilmington, Ohio at a date and time to be announced. The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
