William Hershel Holt

William Hershel Holt, 51, of Hillsboro, unexpectedly passed from this life on Friday January 23, 2026 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati. He was born on August 20, 1974 in Chillicothe, the son of Floyd and Rebecca (Drummond) Holt.

Surviving is his mother, Rebecca Holt, Chillicothe; father Floyd Holt, Hillsboro; niece, Annie Kuhnes, KY; a nephew, Tyler (Kat) Kuhnes, Newark; great nieces and nephews, Lily, Carter, Ellie, and Brooks Camp and Daisy Mae Kuhnes, and family friend, George Davis. He was preceded in death by a sister, Felisha Dillon, and step-mother, Wanda Holt.

William had worked as a baker for Tim Hortons for many years, as well as a cook for various restaurants. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games and tinkering with computers. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

There will be no public services.
