William Jack Bryan

William Jack Bryan, 86, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Mon. morning, Aug. 13, 2018 in the Adena Regional Medical Center.  He was born Aug. 7, 1932 in Ironton, OH, the son of Bernard and Alice (Lewis) Bryan.  On Apr. 9, 1956, he married Emma Lou (Thompson) Bryan, who survives.

Also surviving are daughters; Brenda Bryan (William Barnhart), and Mary Bryan, both of Chillicothe, sons; William Bryan (Debbie Crider), of Chillicothe and Thomas (Maria) Bryan, of Stoutsville, grandchildren; Hank Long, Mickey Bryan, Thomas Bryan, lll, Chantelle Bryan, and Lindsey Bryan, and several great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandchild; Ethan Bryan.

Mr. Bryan retired from USPS as a special delivery mail carrier, with 25 plus years of service.  He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and an avid outdoorsman.

Private services will be held at the discretion of the family.  Public calling hours will not be observed.
