Virginia M. Kimbler

Virginia M. “Jenny May” Kimbler, 76, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.  She was born November 4, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Donald T. and F. Evelyn (Dyke) Mathers.  On October 9, 1965 she married Roy M. Kimbler who preceded her in death August 17, 1998.

Surviving is her son, Kenneth S. ((Susan J.) Kimbler, Kingston; grandchildren, Samantha, Cody, Maryane, Rustey and Evan; several great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Mary Jo Mathers, WI; an aunt, Evelyn Mathers, Chillicothe and an uncle, Ed Dyke, Vigo.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, William E. Kimbler and brothers, Thomas A., infant Timothy, Donald C. and John D. Mathers.

Virginia was a graduate of Southeastern High School and attended New Life CCCU, Richmond Dale.  She was a former employee of the Collins Market and worked for several years for the Ross County Library.  She enjoyed sewing and gardening and will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother and friend.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 19, 2022 in Little Mound Cemetery, Richmond Dale with Rev. Jay Neff officiating.  Public calling hours will not be observed.
