Virginia L. Dunham

Virginia Lee Dunham, 87, of Chillicothe, unexpectedly passed from this life on Friday morning, Oct. 14, 2011 in the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born Jan. 20, 1924 in New Boston, OH, the daughter of Leo and Vina (Eblin) Logan. On May 10, 1959 she married James S. Dunham who preceded her in death on Apr. 26, 2011. Surviving is her daughter and son-in-law, Vina Mae and Dennis Ward, Wellston, grandsons, Joe Morrison and James and wife, Trisha Ward and great-grandsons, Ashton Ward and Blake Ward. Her parents and an infant sister preceded her in death. Mrs. Dunham had been an employee of Mead Paper. She was a volunteer for more than 20 years at Heartland of Chillicothe and a volunteer for more than 10 years at Adena Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Bill Roth officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday.
