Virgil O. Conn, 88, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Saturday afternoon, Aug. 29, 2009 in the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (McGraw) Conn in 1984. Mr. Conn was a veteran of the US Navy, serving in WW II. Private services and final disposition will be held at the discretion of the family.
