Vicki L. (Calver) Leedom

Vicki L. Leedom, 72, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Sunday morning, February 28, 2016 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born March 20, 1943 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Robert and Garnet (Brown) Calver. On January 12, 1990 she married Roger A. Leedom who survives.
Also surviving is her mother, Garnet Gallagher, Chillicothe; step-daughter, Tabatha L. (Aaron) Turner, Mesquite, TX; sons, Shaun D. (Stacey J.) Betkey, Londonderry, Derek D. Betkey and fiancé, Tracey L. Cantrill, Chillicothe; step-son, Terry (Michelle) Hanson, Piketon; grandchildren, Ashley J. Prater, Allison L. Betkey, Eric D. Betkey and Darian N. Betkey; 2 great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert D. (Norma) Calver, Bucyrus, OH and half-brothers, Randall (Cheryl) Gallagher and Steve (Pam) Gallagher, all of Chillicothe. She was preceded in death by her father and her step-father who raised her, Oliver Gallagher.
Mrs. Leedom was a member of the Chillicothe Baptist Church. She was a retired clerk for the Chillicothe Municipal Court and was a long-time blood donor for the American Red Cross.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 3, 2016 in the Chillicothe Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday.
