Theodore Orville Pantz-Stephens, February 15, 1990 - August 22, 2016. Ted left us on August 22nd, 2016 to be at peace. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by everyone he knew. Ted was preceded in death by his father Timothy Stephens (whom he greatly missed) his grandfather Randall Pantz, great-grandfathers Orville Qualls, Bill Townsend, cousin, and best friend Ken Plowman.
He leaves behind his brother, Timothy Stephens Jr., mother Carla Stephens, aunt, Nicole Stephens, loving grandmothers Barbara Pantz and Jennifer Stephens, and grandfather Ora F. Stephens. Also, great aunts and uncles, Jimmy and Jenny Townsend, Pam and Del Baird, Andrea and Doug Davis, Jackie and Jeff Trego, Mike and Gail Duggins, Dennis and Jo vonPantz, Dr. Rodger Pontz, Wanda Grueser, Ruth and Ray Walters, Don and Linda Qualls, and Lil Wilburn; many cousins, Ken and Pam Chambers, Don and Kris Grigsby, Kelley and Larry Williams, and Sheila Grueser, Cruz Lurty, Jeff Hardesty, Santana Cook, Brandon Atherton, Christin Atherton, Steven Trego, Jessica Clark, Joey Davis, Cody McNeely, Taylor Sprouse, Heath Thompson, Mickie Emory, Jermiah Emory, Tylor Chambers and Arek Chambers. Ted had many friends including special friends, Virgil Russel and Devon Wheeler.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Andrew Hoover officiating. The family will receive friends at the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family.
