Sheila E. (Waugh) Moffatt

Sheila E. Moffatt, 58, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Friday morning, February 25, 2022 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born on June 27, 1963 in Chillicothe, OH to John Waugh and Judy Thompson.  She married Ted Moffatt who preceded her in death on June 23, 2020

Surviving is her son Zach Wagner and his fiancée Natasha Conaway, 5 grandchildren, mother: Judy McAllister, father and step-mother; John and Marilyn Waugh, and a brother; John W. Waugh, II.  She was preceded in death by an infant child.

Sheila was a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
