Sharon J. Trisler, 65, of Mowerystown, OH, formerly of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus following an extended illness. She was born July 8, 1946 in Point Pleasant, WV, the daughter of Kelly and Ruth Ann (Jeffers) Johnson. Surviving is her loving companion, Lonnie Trisler, Mowerystown, her step-father, William Wolfingbarger, her children, Penny (Larry) Roberts, Dwight Whitten, Tammy Sprouse and Brent Whitten, all of Chillicothe, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a sister, Joann (Mike) McClain, a brother, Charles Johnson, both of Hillsboro, a brother, Bill Wolfingbarger, WV, and several nieces and nephews. Her mother, Ruth Ann Wolfingbarger and brothers, Gene and James Johnson preceded her in death. Sharon was a retired nursing assistant. She will be greatly missed. Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011 in Springbank Cemetery. The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
