Sharon S. Baldwin, "Sunshine", 54, of Londonderry, passed from this life Saturday afternoon January 8, 2011, following a brief illness. She was born on January 28, 1956 in Chillicothe, to the late Freddy Warren and Charlene (Smart) Baldwin. Surviving are first cousins; Carol Baldwin Cornish, Waverly, and Esther (Dan) Baldwin Baker, Chillicothe; cousins, Richard (Mary) McWhorter, and Raymond "Buzz" (Donna) McWhorter, both of Londonderry, second cousins; Kelly (Ron) Dubay-Meyers, Christopher Dubay, both of Chillicothe, and Patrick (Steph) Cornish, FL, third cousins; Hunter Bivens, Harrison Meyers, Benton Meyers, and Kodi Cornish, aunts; Marilyn Wagner, Waverly, Alberta "Bertie" Smart, and Bernice McWhorter, both of Chillicothe, numerous cousins and many friends, including long time special friends; Vicki (Chuck) May, and Jack Brown. She was predeceased by her step-father, Ray E. Scott. Sharon was and EMT-I, and a medical assistant for Adena Pediatrics for 20 years. She was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, Jefferson Township Fire and Rescue, and the Ross County Fire and Rescue Association. She enjoyed cruising in her 1994 Mustang convertible. Sharon loved traveling, kids, and being active in the youth services at her church. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 13, 2011, in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME, with Reverends Brett Fisher, and David Titler officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, or the American Cancer Society, Relay For Life. The family would like to thank friends and neighbors who helped during Sunshine's illness.
