Sandra S. Campbell
February 17, 1962 — January 18, 2010
Sandra S. Campbell, 47, of Vigo, went to be with her Lord on Monday, Jan. 18, 2010 following an extended illness. She was born Feb. 17, 1962 in Columbus, the daughter of John L. and Molly E. (Evans) Campbell Surviving are her parents, of Vigo, her daughter, Mandi Murray, Chillicothe, her son, Josh Murray, Vigo, grandchildren, Amiah Murray and Johnathan Murray, both of Chillicothe, a sister, Marilou Campbell, Columbus and brothers, John (Terri) Campbell, Carl (Robie) Campbell and Mike (Cathleen) Campbell, all of Chillicothe, her life-long friend, Dottie Leeson, Chillicothe and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Her grandparents and a great niece, Keesta preceded her in death. Sandra had been a teacher for Ross County Head Start for 19 years. She enjoyed teaching, reading, writing poetry and drawing and was a member of the National Poet's Society. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, Jan 22, 2010 in Poe's Run Church, Londonderry with Pastor Ken Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday.
