Ronald C. Moran, 73, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Wednesday June 25, 2025 in the V.A. Medical Center. He was born on July 26,1951 in Cincinnati to Edward C. and Dorothy Mae (Enidcott) Moran.
Mr. Moran was a veteran of the United States Army.
