Robert L. Ward

Robert L. “Bob” Ward, 63, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Sunday evening, April 12, 2015 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.  He was born December 22, 1951 in Chillicothe, the son of James and Virginia (Harrington) Ward.

Surviving is a daughter, Traci Ward; a son, Jamie Ward, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Summer Ward, Katie Smallwood and Jameson Ward; sisters, Judy Ward and Janice Fultz, both of Florida and Sharon Shewalter, Kingston; a sister-in-law, Gerrie Ward, Chillicothe; brothers, Everett “Butch” (Shelby) Ward and Mike Ward, all of Chillicothe and several nieces and nephews.  His parents and brothers, Leonard and Tom Ward preceded him in death.

Bob was a painter prior to a disabling injury.  He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 17, 2015 in Twin Township Cemetery with Pastor Dennis Garman officiating.  Calling hours will not be observed.  The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is honored to be serving the family.
