Robert G. Lanzer

Robert Gibbs “Bobby” Lanzer, 72, of Chillicothe, unexpectedly passed from this life on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at his residence.  He was born January 28, 1941 in Dover, Ohio, the son of Robert H. and Ethel M. (Gibbs) Lanzer.

Surviving is his long-time companion, Beverly Cooper, Hillsboro, his sister-in-law, Wanda Lanzer, Chillicothe, nieces, Stephanie Lanzer, Chillicothe and Beth Lanzer Poythress, Mechanicsville, Virginia and many friends.

Bobby was a retired employee of Mead Paper and was a member of VFW Post 108, Eagles Aerie 600 and the Loyal Order of the Moose.

His family and friends are invited to a time of sharing and remembrance to be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at the VFW Post 108, 115 E. Main Street.  Calling hours will not be observed.  The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
