Robert E. Chester, 87, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Sunday, January 5, 2014 in Westmoreland Place following an extended illness. He was born December 9, 1926 in Ross County, the son of the late Roy and Gertrude (Riley) Chester.

Private interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery under the direction of the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME. Calling hours will not be observed.
