Richard L. Robl, 69 of Chillicothe passed from this life on Tuesday afternoon, December 4, 2018 in Westmoreland Place following an extended illness. He was born April 27, 1949 in New York, NY, the son of Donald and Joan Robl.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services . The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home are honored to serve the family.
