Raymond C. Kutschbach

Raymond C. Kutschbach, 88, of Chillicothe, passed from this life at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, Mar. 24, 2009 in Traditions of Chillicothe following a brief illness. He was born Jan. 23, 1921 in Chillicothe, the son of Clarence and Ailena (Bell) Kutschbach. On July 30, 1942 he married Irene Cunningham who survives. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, June Tuttle, Lucasville, OH, a brother-in-law, Clifton Cunningham, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jimmie and Sharon Cunningham, all of Chillicothe and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Stephen R. Kutschbach and a brother, Ralph Titler. Mr. Kutschbach was an employee of the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center, retiring in 1978. He was a WW II veteran, serving in the U.S. Army Air Forces. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, Mar. 27, 2009 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home with Rev. David Titler officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery with military honors by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Friday.
