Ramona M. Sibrell

Ramona M. Sibrell, 83, of Chillicothe, passed from this life early Friday morning, Dec. 23, 2011 in Heartland of Chillicothe following an extended illness. She was born Nov. 30, 1928 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Orville and Vesta (Davis) Anders. On July 29, 1951 she married William H. Sibrell who preceded her in death Oct. 29, 1998. Surviving are daughters, Joyce and husband, Kenneth Moody and Sherry and husband, Gary Blazer; a son, Kenneth and wife, Judith Howard, all of Chillicothe; 10 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren; and a special friend, Nola Howard, Chillicothe. Her parents, a sister, Winona and brother, Larry preceded her in death. Mrs. Sibrell was a homemaker. She had attended Brookside Church, enjoyed square dancing and loved spending time with her family and her friends. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. John Dotson officiating. Calling hours will not be observed. The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
