Ralph L Recob

Ralph L Recob, 78, of Chillicothe, went to join his wife Carol on Thursday, July 17, 2014 in the Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio. He was born May 29, 1936 in Chillicothe, Ohio, the son of Leonard and Blanche (McWhorter) Recob. In 1974 he married the former Carol Ann Newman who preceded him in death on January 9, 2012.

Surviving are his daughter Sandra K. Watson, of California; two sons, David L. (Judy) Recob, of Groveport, Ohio, and Tod A. (Pamela) Combs, of Chillicothe; granddaughter, Kristy A. Recob; grandsons, Kyle A. Combs and Ian N. Combs; and sisters, Marjorie Johnson and Helen Anderson-Vie, both of Chillicothe.

Mr. Recob worked as controller for Doersam Marketing retiring in 2003. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army.

Following cremation graveside services will be held at10:00 am Saturday, August 2, 2014 in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Calling Hours will not be observed. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to the Pickering House of Lancaster.  The FAWCETT OLVIER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
