Ralph D. Clipner, 84, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010 in Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born July 7, 1926 in Chillicothe, the son of Ernest R. and Ruth (Detty) Clipner. He was married on Feb. 28, 1975 to Mabel I. Bethel who preceded him in death June 26, 2004. Surviving is his former wife, Catherine (Woods) Clipner, Chillicothe, a son and daughter-in-law, James and Patricia Clipner, Chillicothe, step-daughter and step-son-in-law, Delores and John Hughes, Chillicothe, step-daughter, Roma Doles, Londonderry, grandchildren, David and Patrick Clipner, step-grandchildren, Danny, Karen and Angie Doles, several step-great grandchildren, sisters, Lucille Butterbaugh, Ray and Ethel Butterbaugh, Londonderry and several nieces and nephews.
