Penny J. (Holton) Leasure

Penny J. Leasure, 62, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Wednesday morning, June 23, 2021, in Embassy Valley View Care Center, Frankfort after an extended illness.  She was born April 11, 1959 in Chillicothe, the daughter of John and Beverly (Darling) Holton.  On February 14, 1980, she married Jesse L. Leasure who preceded her in death on May 5, 2011.

Surviving is her daughter, Penny Seckman; her sons, John (Amanda) Darling and Jesse A. (James Chambliss) Leasure, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Jarrett, Josh, Cheyenne, and Christian; great-grandchild, Brantley; and a sister, June (Rodney) Worley, Chillicothe.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters, Lynn and Cindy, and a brother, Danny.

Penny was a homemaker.  She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and sister.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, June 25, 2021, in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Roxanne Madsen speaking.  Burial will follow in Dunkard Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Friday.
