Paul E. Miller

Paul E. Miller, 93, of Frankfort, OH passed from this life on Monday May 18, 2026 in Court House Manor, Washington Court House, OH. He was born on November 26, 1932 in Chillicothe, the son of Amos and Loney Gay (Moneypenny) Miller. On December 24, 1957 he married Virginia E. Davis, who preceded him in death on January 13, 2008.

Surviving is his son, Philip (Barbara) Miller, Williamsport; a daughter, Shirley (Chris) Brown, Chillicothe; grandchildren, Holly (Ronnie) Hines, Heidi (Tyler) Hamilton, Brady (Chloé) Miller, Jesse (Mary) Houser, and Jordan (Leah) Houser, great-grandchildren, Isaak Haller, Jaden Hines, Hezekiah Miller, Genevieve Miller, Ezra Miller, Myla Hamilton, Wylie Hamilton, Henry Houser, and Vera Houser, and a close cousin and friend, Ginny Knox. He was preceded in death by his parents, a great-granddaughter, Evelyn Rose Hines, sisters, Minnie Marie, Barbara, and Martha, brothers, George and John, and a special niece, Melinda Queen.

Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had attended Brookside Church. He retried from the Mead Corp where he worked as an electrician. Following retirement, he enjoyed and was very involved in metal detecting. Paul will be remembered for his quiet and gentle nature, and will be missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday May 27, 2026 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Ryan Bash, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort with military honors conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard.
