Patricia M. O'Dell

Patricia M. O’Dell, 88, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Friday, July 14, 2023 at her home following an extended illness.  She was born January 10, 1935 in Richmond Dale, Ohio, the daughter of Myron C. O’Dell and Margaret (Faye) O’Dell Rawlings.

Surviving is her life partner, George Karamalakis, Chillicothe; her daughter, Sandy (Denver) Kennison, Waverly; sons, Greg (Darcy) Counts, Chillicothe and Jeff (Vilma) Counts, Sayre, PA; George’s family, Brenda and Jerry Norman and Kristi Cotton;  her grandchildren, Brad, Cassie, Zach and Beth; step-grandchildren, Renee, Kirsten and Hope; her great-grandchildren, Jaydon, Haylie, Alexis, Quentin, Ellie and Ashton; step-great-grandchildren, Brody and Carson; her sister, Norma Cribbs, FL and her life time friend, Lorraine Counts, Chillicothe.  Her parents, an infant daughter, Sally and sisters Phyllis (Riley) Dougan and Faye (John) Gillen preceded her in death.

Patricia was a retired secretary with Mead Paper.  She will be remembered as being devoted to her family.

The family wishes to acknowledge and thank NCR Hospice and especially Leah Bolt for their care and kindness.

Graveside services will be held in Caldwell Cemetery at a date and time to be announced.  Calling hours will not be observed.  The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is honored to serve the family.
