Patricia Lou Bell

Patricia Lou Bell, 79, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 11, 2009 in Heartland of Chillicothe following an extended illness. She was born Mar. 11, 1930 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of Henry and Bernice (Thatcher) Riggs. On May 24, 1948 she married James B. Bell who preceded her in death in 1994. Surviving is a daughter, Lisa A. Paige, Chillicothe, a son and daughter-in-law, Toby and Karen Bell, Allentown, PA, grandchildren, Andrew J. Paige, Lauren Bell and Adam Bell. Mrs. Bell had been an employee of Wear-Ever and had also been an associate of J.C. Penney. Following cremation, private services will be held at the discretion of the family. Calling hours will not be observed. The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home is serving the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
