Mildred O. Graves

Mildred O. Graves, 92, of Dallas, OR, formerly of Chillicothe, passed from this life, Sunday Evening, November 4, 2007 in the Four Seasons Residential Care Facility, Independence, OR. She was born October 25, 1915, in Vinton County, the daughter of the late Charles Wesley McFadden and the late Chloa Louetta Collins McFadden. On February 2, 1935, she married her husband of 54 years, the late Stanley D. Graves who preceded her in death, October 10, 1989. Surviving are one daughter, Delores Hough, OR; one son Ronald Graves, AZ; three grandchildren, Kathy Bekco, Donald Hough, and Stanley Hough; 6 great grandchildren, Brenda, Robert, and Steven Wainwright, Breanna, Joshua, and William Hough; two great-great grandchildren, Stone and Victoria Wainwright. One son, Willard, two sisters, Norma Wilbur, and Lorena Graves, and four brothers Charles, Edgar, Carl, and William McFadden preceded her in death. While living in Chillicothe, Mildred was a member of Maple Grove Christian Union Church, and throughout her life, she continued a strong Christian Walk. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 10, 2007 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass & Palmer Funeral Home with Pastor Jim McFadden officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the hour of service Saturday.
