Mathew Lane Gilliland passed from this life peacefully to be with Jesus in Heaven on Tuesday, Mar. 31, 2009 in Adena Regional Medical Center with his family present. Those with Mathew at his passing were his mother and father, Shane and Tara Gilliland, his grandmother, Sherri McCollum and his uncle and aunt, Steve and Angie Gilliland. He is also survived by many others. The family wishes to thank Stacey Clagg, RN who provided care and support during this difficult time. A private memorial service will be held at the discretion of the family. Calling hours will not be observed. The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in honor of Mathew to Church Triumphant's Kid's Camp, 4496 St. Rt. 180, Kingston, OH 45644.
