Marvin L. Fizer

Marvin Lee "Tobey" Fizer, 76, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Wednesday afternoon, November 16, 2016 at his residence followng an extended illness.  He was born February 16, 1940 in Chillicothe, the son of Charles and Elizabeth (Frey) Fizer.

Surviving is his wife, Pauline (Lutz) Fizer and several children and step-children.

Mr. Fizer was a retired Corrections Officer at the Chillicothe Correctional Institute.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services.  The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home is honored to serve the Fizer family.
