Mabel F. Norman

Mabel F. Norman, 94, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Friday morning, Aug. 12, 2011 in Westmoreland Place following an extended illness. She was born Nov. 22, 1916 in Lancaster, OH, the daughter of Jesse E. and Nette J. (Martin) Fausnaugh. On Nov. 10, 1937 she married Harold Guy Norman who preceded her in death in 1997. Surviving is a daughter, Lena Frances Allen, Ashville, OH, sons, Lester J. Norman, Dayton, OH and Larry Wendell (Peggy) Norman, Indianapolis, IN: grandchildren, William and Scott Allen, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Mary Alice Chester and a brother, Lester Marion Fausnaugh. Mrs. Norman was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, Aug. 15, 2011 in Hallsville Cemetery with Rev. Kurt King officiating. The family will receive friends at the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm prior to the service.
