M. Marlene Ramsey

Myrtle Marlene Ramsey, 77, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Saturday March 22, 2025 in Hopewell Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.  She was born on March 1, 1948 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Amos O. and Myrtle L. (McCutchen) Ramsey.

Surviving are her sisters, Brenda (Les) Wolfe, and Deana (Fred) Woodruff, brothers, Keith (Yvonne) Ramsey, and Gregory Ramsey and partner Brad Smith, brother-in-law, Marion Moss, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and numerous cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Diane Moss.

Marlene loved doing jigsaw puzzles, coloring, and playing cards, and especially shopping and going out to lunch with her siblings.  She loved Disney characters, and wearing bright colors, the brighter the better!  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday March 26, 2025 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Bruce Hines, officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday.  An online memorial guest book is available at www.fawcett-palmer.com.
