Linda Sue (Adams) Martin

Linda Sue Martin, 68, of Chillicothe unexpectedly passed from this life on Saturday, November 21, 2015 in the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born November 16, 1947 in Chillicothe, the 6th of 11 children born to Thomas Edward and Minnie Louise (Fowler) Adams. On October 10, 1965 she married Jack Russell Martin, Sr. who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Melinda (Gregory) DePugh, Chillicothe; sons, Jack R. (Michele) Martin, Jr. and Randy Martin, all of Chillicothe and Jeffery (Terri Alley) Martin, Lucasville; grandchildren, Jack R. Martin III, Eric Scott Martin, Asia Maree Martin, Joshawa Ryan Martin, Destiny Rae Klinger, Somer Mackenzie DePugh, Jessica Marie Martin and Heather Renea Martin; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jaylynn, Joshawa, Xander and Hudson; sisters, Peggy Mattox, Jane Adams and Kathy Cottrill, all of Chillicothe and Connie Riddle, Richmond Dale; brothers, Glen Adams and John Adams, both of Chillicothe and a host of nieces and nephews. Her parents, sisters, Judith and Barbara Jean Adams and brothers, Creed Edward Adams and Thomas Adams, Jr. preceded her in death.
Mrs. Martin was a homemaker and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 28, 2015 in the Chapel of the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday.
