Julia M. Miller

Julia M. Miller, 67, of Chillicothe, passed from this life early Wednesday morning, Oct. 8, 2008 at her residence following an extended illness The family will receive friends at the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008. Following cremation, private interment services will be conducted in England. She was born Dec. 20, 1940 in Wisbech, England, the daughter of Ernest E. and Lillian Mae (Woodcock) Henson. In 1989 she married Mark Miller, who preceded her in death Sept. 11, 2002. Surviving are daughters, Helen K. Whitty, Buffalo, WY, Mary J. (Gary L.) Dearth, Laurelville and Velvet L. Withrow, Chillicothe, a son, Ernest A. (Rahnel) Withrow, Chillicothe, grandchildren, Nicole, Joshua and Tristen Withrow, Joseph and Kelly Allagree, Julia Lansing and Sarah Dearth, 12 great grandchildren, 10 brothers and sisters including a special brother, George (Diane) Henson, Wisbech, England and a special friend and home care aide, Danita Annon. Her parents, 3 siblings and her former husband, Harry D. Withrow preceded her in death. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
