Joseph W. McQueary, 55, of Chillicothe, died 6:15 PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born December 9, 1959 in Columbus, the son of Ralph W. and Rose Souders McQueary. September 15, 1989 he married Yvonne Hatfield McQueary who survives.
Also surviving are three sons Joshua Hatfield, Pataskala, Anthony (fiancé Tiffany Compher) McQueary and Shane McQueary, Chillicothe; three children from a previous marriage, Sandra Mollett, Columbus, Amy Findon, Newark and Joe Furlong, Columbus, 8 grandchildren, Kimberlee, Christopher, and Austin Mollett, Anthony and Jonathan Roach, Amisha and Zachariah Sargent, and Leila Furlong; two great grandchildren Sophia and Kyle; two sisters Deborah Borgan, Delaware and Camilla (Troy) Ball, Cleveland, TN; one brother and his fiancé Ed ( Linda Walker) McQueary, Pataskala, a mother-in-law, Betty Hatfield, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Bob and Linda Hatfield, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Becky and Terry Poling, close friends John and Holly Renner, Chillicothe, Dale and Carissa Zaiser, Kingston, Don and Kristin Mishlan, Kent and numerous nieces and nephews. His father and one sister Jennifer McQueary preceded him in death.
Mr. McQueary was a retired auto body technician having last worked at Perfection One Collison Center.
Funeral services and calling hours will not be observed. The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS and PALMER Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
