Jordon L. Powell, 5 months, of Chillicothe, died suddenly, March 19, 2013 at his residence.
He was born October 17, 2012, in Chillicothe, the son of Daniel S. and Ashley Shepherd Powell.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Ashley Powell and Hailey Williams, 5 brothers Tyler Leith, Austin Powell, Danny “Little D” Powell, Derrick Shepherd and Steven Powell, all of Chillicothe, maternal grandmother Julie Buck, Washington Courthouse, paternal grandmother, Carlene Watson, Chillicothe, maternal grandfather Teddy Shepherd, Washington Courthouse, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
“Little Chunk” was an active child, almost ready to crawl. He loved his mom, dad, and brothers and sisters. He was a happy child who has gone to be with his papaw, Daniel H. Powell.
Graveside funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in Twin Township Cemetery with Pastor Dan DeGarmo officiating. Calling hours will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist is the funeral expenses.
