John Alex Miller

March 17, 1963 — September 25, 2016

John Alex “Bushhog” Miller, son of Donna Jean Gaylord Miller and John David Miller who preceded him in death along with his wife Betty. Johnny passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Sunday, Sept.25, 2016. As we all know,  life is more than dates, it’s about how we lived enjoying life and how we loved it.  As we all know,  Johnny loved to make people smile.  That is a gift in itself that he gave to many of us, along with his friendship and brotherhood. With that being said,  he left behind his partner,  Choncita “Cita” Ackley  and many who he considered brothers and sisters to ensure his legacy continues,  to make people smile.  This isn’t something  you would usually read, but he made mistakes like the rest of us. He regretted the decisions he made because of some depression he went through for a brief period. Johnny looked forward to righting his wrongs. Unfortunately, he wasn’t back home long enough to accomplish them all.  He did talk a few times about his Navy days,  which if he talked to you about them you consider yourself blessed. Johnny was a distinctive character,  there was something about him that caught your attention. Johnny,  if you are watching,  we love you our friend, brother and my love Johnny “Fg” Miller.
