Jerry Michel Blazer, 49, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born July 20, 1963 in Chillicothe, the son of Gary A. and Sherry (Howard) Blazer.
Surviving are his parents, of Bloomingburg; daughters, Christina Blazer, Chillicothe and Ashley Cash, Lancaster; a grandchild, Nakayla Cash; a sister, Kari Blazer, Chillicothe; brothers, Gary Blazer, Chillicothe and Terry Blazer, Mt. Sterling and his best friend, Tony Keller, Chillicothe.
Mr. Blazer was a mechanic for Ryder Trucking.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday, May 9, 2013 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Rinehart officiating. Calling hours will not be observed.
