Jason M. Gougeon, 31, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Chillicothe, unexpectedly passed from this life Saturday, July 10, 2010 in Mt. Carmel Medical Center West, Columbus following an extended illness. He was born Mar. 5, 1979 in Chillicothe. Surviving is his mother and step-father, Sheila (Lunsford) and Bill Crum, Ashville, OH, his grandmother, Karen Lunsford, Chillicothe, his son, Clark Gougeon, Louisville, KY, his brother, Will (Brandy) Gougeon, Chillicothe, his aunts, Cindy (Jack) Hicks and Teresa Clever (Alan Seward) and uncles, Jack Lunsford, Jr., David Lunsford, Scott (Lori) Lunsford and Ted (Debbie) Lunsford. His grandfather, Jack Lunsford, Sr. and aunts, Pamela and Jill Lunsford preceded him in death. Jason was a service technician with Sprint PCS. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, July 16, 2010 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Friday.
