James Cecil Carlton

James Cecil Carlton, 64, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Friday, Nov. 20, 2020 at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born Jun. 10, 1956 in Franklin, IN, the son of the late John Henry and Susie Murie (Brown) Carlton.

Surviving are sisters, Judy (Joe) Shields, of Chillicothe, Joyce Vance, of Gibsonton, FL and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 11 half brothers and sisters.

James enjoyed tinkering with small engines and was a seeker of knowledge.

Private Services will be held at the discretion of the family. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
