Gloria M. (Kight) Seymour

Gloria M. Seymour, 70 of Chillicothe, passed from this life, Midnight, November 19, 2013, at her residence following an extended illness.  She was born, January 17, 1943, in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Glendon J. and the late Beatrice Beck Kight.  On December 31, 1958, she married Howard “Pete” Seymour who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters Nicole (Chad) Lurty and Amy ( Glenn) Darling, all of Chillicothe,5 grandchildren, Aaron Lurty, Joseph Lurty, Adam Darling, Kacey Darling, and Luke Darling, one brother Roger McPherson, Kingston, one sister, Sondra Cooley, Chillicothe and many nieces and nephews. 2 brothers and 4 sisters preceded her in death.

Mrs. Seymour was retired, last having worked as a Painter for J.A. Kellough Construction.  She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who dedicated her entire life to her family.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, November 22, 2013 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home with Chaplin Bruce Hines officiating.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the hour of service on Friday.
