Gerald T. Fuchs

Gerald T. Fuchs, 60, of Shawnee Hills, Oh, formerly of Chillicothe, passed from this life Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010. He was born Dec. 21, 1949, the son of Eugene F. and Marjorie (Bohn) Fuchs. Surviving is his daughter, Natalie K. (Ian) Hickman, Hilliard, grandchildren, Landon and Julianna Hickman, his former wife, Joyce Fuchs, Dublin, OH, sisters, Vivian Miller, Poinciana, FL and Janet (Dr. David) Gray, Bloomington, IN, a brother, Gregory Fuchs, Richwood, Oh and nieces, Tawnya Akers, Sweetwater, FL and Lyndsey Gray, Pittsburgh, PA. His parents preceded him in death. He was an employee of Wendy's International, retiring in 2009. A U.S. Army veteran, he served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was an active volunteer for Golden Endings Golden Retriever Rescue. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, Oct. 25, 2010 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Scott Smith officiating. Burial will follow in St. Margaret's Cemetery.
