Frances L. Smith, 87, of St. Petersburg, Florida, formerly of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 in Golf View Nursing Center, St. Petersburg, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Smith in 1991.
Surviving are her children, Cindy (Walter) Deane, Wolfsboro, NH, Thomas R. (Pamela) Smith, Chillicothe, John (Judy) Smith, Frankfort and Mark (Sue) Smith, Largo, FL.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 18, 2013 in the Londonderry Cemetery with Rev. Fred Fox officiating. Calling hours will not be observed.
