Evelyn M. Bullard

Evelyn M. Bullard, 85 of Chillicothe, formerly of Carlinville, Illinois, passed from this life on Saturday, April 4, 2015 in Traditions of Chillicothe following an extended illness.  She was born March 5, 1930 in Carlinville, the daughter of Louis and Corlene (Schmidt) Lehmann.  On March 24, 1948 she married Edwin D. Bullard who preceded her in death in 2007.

Surviving are  daughters, Linda June (Tommy) Jumper, Benton, Arkansas, Marcia (Tim) Walsh, Bloomington, Illinois, Kristi Devocelle, Petersburg, Illinois; sons, David Edwin (Roberta Lynn) Bullard, Kingston, Ohio, Daniel Dexter (Jackie) Bullard, Decatur, Illinois; grandchildren, Alex, Elizabeth, Melanie, Brittany, Samantha and Abby and several great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lyndal Lehmann.

Mrs. Bullard was a member of the First Congregational Church in Decatur.

Private services and interment in Illinois will be held at the discretion of the family.
