Eugene Mace

Eugene Mace, 89, of Chillicothe, passed from this life early Saturday morning, Aug. 6, 2011 in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was born January 16, 1922 in Mullens, WV, the son of James A. and Sarah (Ashworth) Mace. Mr. Mace was a US Army veteran, serving in WW II in the Pacific Theatre. Military graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011 in the Dayton Nation Cemetery under the direction of the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME. Calling hours will not be observed.
