Eileen H. (Huff) Bauer

Eileen H. Bauer, 94, of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Sunday October 9, 2022 in Carecore at Westmorland, following a brief illness.  She was born on March 9, 1928 in Chillicothe to the late Oscar K. and Maggie (Clipner) Huff.  On July 7, 1955 she married Marvin G. Bauer, who preceded her in death on July 10, 1993.

Surviving is her daughter, Amanda Bauer, Chillicothe; and her brother Ray (Mary C.) Huff, Chillicothe.  She was preceded in death by her siblings, Imogene True, Roy O. Huff, Charlotte McClure, Carolyn Huff, and Larry D. Huff.

Eileen had worked as a secretary for the V.A. Medical Center.  She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, and a member of the Garden Club.

A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday October 14, 2022 in St. Margaret Cemetery with Pastor Wes Souders, officiating.  Public calling hours will not be observed.  The FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME is honored to serve the Bauer Family.
