Donald E. Weidauer

DONALD E. WEIDAUER Donald E. Weidauer, 77, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Friday evening, Jan. 19, 2007 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born Oct. 14, 1929 in Chillicothe, the son of John T. and Merle D. (Kite) Weidauer. On June 28, 1953 he married Ruth I. Mathes who survives. Also surviving is his son, Jeff A. Weidauer, Chillicothe, several nieces, nephews and cousins, special friends, Betty Street and Jill Bowling, both of Chillicothe and his faithful dog, Katie. His parents, a sister, Leva G. Parlett and a brother, Harold Weidauer preceded him in death. Mr. Weidauer was an employee of Mead Paper for more than 40 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of Local 731 and had served as a volunteer at Adena Regional Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Charles Ramsey officiating. Calling hours will not be observed. The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home is serving the family.
