Deborah K. Smith, 45, of Chillicothe, passed from this life, 10:00 PM, Tuesday, May 1, 2007 in the Heartland of Chillicothe Nursing Facility following an extended illness. She was born October 15, 1961 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Robert J. and the late Martha Marie Hollis Woodruff. On August 28, 1980, she married Billy E. Smith who survives. Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law Phillip A. Smith and Marlo Reppert, Ft Gordon, GA; a daughter Billie N. Smith, Columbus; a sister Tamora Woodruff; a brother and sister-in-law Fredrick H. and Deana Woodruff; a brother Robert C. Woodruff, and a very special friend LuAnn Slutz, all of Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews and friends. Her mother preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a devoted homemaker, wife, and mother. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, May 5, 2007 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass & Palmer Funeral Home with Pastor Glenn Newland officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
