Deborah Seymour

Deborah Joy Seymour, 74 of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Monday, May 5, 2025 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.  She was born July 25, 1950 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Donald and Dessie Lou (Leach) Laughlin.  On July 18, 1973 she married Gary N. Seymour who preceded her in death June 14, 2010.

Surviving is her daughter, Jamie J. (Warren) Clark; a son, Jerry N. (Jojie) Seymour; grandchildren, Colton (Shayla) Seymour, Hailee (Mark) Strawser, Electa (Hunter) Carroll and Chloe (Trevor) Lee; great-grandchildren, Autumn, Hunter, McKenzie, Hudson, Connor and baby Deacon, who will be arriving soon.  Also surviving is her best friend, Sissy Burggraf.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother.

Debbie was a talented artist and was the long-time owner and operator of Debbie’s Ceramics.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 10, 2025 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Jon Welch officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday.
