Deborah Ann Zinn, 61 of West Chester, OH, died,5:28 am, Friday February 8, 2013 following an extended illness.
She was born October 5, 1951 in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of James C. and Florretta Florence Frame. June 1, 1974, she married William O. Zinn who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Krista (Jeremiah) Irwin, Hamilton and Lindsay ( Jason) Cordes, Ft. Wayne, IN, two grandchildren, Levi and Myles Cordes, two brothers James (Sherry) Frame, Wheeling, WV and David (Toni) Frame, St. Clairsville and her mother Floretta Frame. Her father preceded her in death.
Mrs. Zinn was an accountant for various companies. She was a graduate of the University of West Virginia, a member of the Tri-Delta Sorority, and a Member of Bethany United Methodist Church, where a memorial service will be held 7:30 PM, Tuesday February 12, 2013 with Dr. Brian Straub officiating. A memorial service will also be held at the Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church Friday February 15 2013 at 11:00 am with Rev. Chuck LaPlaca officiating with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
